MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The November general election is less than a month away and if you want to be able to make your opinion count, time is running out to register to vote for the presidential election.
Miami-Dade County said the deadline to register to vote in the presidential election is Tuesday, October 9.
Voters will be casting their votes not on just the presidency, but also a plethora of state constitutional amendments and 10 county questions.

To register to vote, you must be 18 years or older, be a U.S. citizen, and be a permanent resident of Miami-Dade County. There is no specific time requirement to live in Miami-Dade County to be considered a permanent resident.
